The Fall song was “City Hobgoblins.”
The song you list as “Don’t Believe Them” was Stiff Little Fingers’ “Suspect Device.”
After Happy Birthday came “Pay to Cum” by Bad Brains and Steely Dan’s “Do It Again”
And then Superchunk’s “Slack Motherfucker” was the last full song before the medley.

The “unknown” instrumental is Jonathan Richman’s- Egyptian Reggae (James even said it. YLT played is a style a bit closer to the Feelies version than the original.
